Helmsman (Power)
The Helmsman course is an introduction to the luxurious and fast paced world of Motor Cruising. This two day course enables you to understand the basics of setting out, handling a boat under power, and safety procedures.

This is a suitable course for budding skippers and crew. Having more competent people aboard will add to the enjoyment and safety of all. After the two days you will be competent to handle a motor cruiser of a specific type in sheltered waters and will be ready to progress onto the RYA Day Skipper Theory and Day Skipper Practical (Power) courses.
