Pre-course requirements.
For
the day skipper practical course you need to have
completed 100 sea miles, have practical skills to
competent crew level and theory knowledge is required to
day skipper level.
If
you have little or no theory knowledge then consider our
on line home learning package (see theory courses),
alternatively we offer a two week combination theory and
practical course on board (learn while you sail) or the
joint one week residential theory course followed by the
practical course.
Certification.

The combination theory and practical course on board is
for the practical certificate only and no previous sea
miles are necessary.
Sailing area.
During the Day Skipper
practical course we usually visit Morocco and Spain as
well as our home port of Gibraltar.
