SRC VHF Radio Online Theory Course

Self Study - 10 hours | £100

The course takes about ten hours in total and is completely run online so you can fit it around your schedule.

We include the VHF Handbook which is yours to keep; this is available as an ebook or physical book with a postage charge added. The ebook is popular with most of our students as it can be taken with you on all future sailing holidays conveniently stored in your laptop, phone, ipad, android tablet or kindle – saving you luggage weight and never left behind!

You must complete the learning section and pass the test before we can organise the short assessment session physically with us in our training rooms. We will set up your ebook and online login the same day as payment is received.

Fees

  • £100 per person
  • + Postage – if you require a physical version of the RYA VHF Handbook  (The ebook version is instant and has no extra/postage charge).
  • £76 payable to the RYA direct on your licence application form; this covers the issue of your licence which never expires.

Schedule / Dates

  • VHF Assessments run most Fridays throughout the year 5pm-7pm in the Allabroad main classroom (Limited space)

If you’re attending a practical course we can schedule your assessment in advance, for the Friday you’re here.
